called incompetent cervix. (placed 12-14 weeks)
Tx: cerclage (stitch the cervix closed)

Tx: blood transfusion
.DM in pregnancy - ANSWER-First trimester: Insulin production increased
(estrogen/progesteron)

Birth: expulsion of placenta prompts drop in BS level

Tx: methotrexate (only take Tylenol)

- 10 movements for 2 hrs
- change positions, orange juice, quiet room
