“INTRODUCTION TO E-COMMERCE”

 Online buying and selling of goods
 Personal commerce → selling someone’s product
 Organizational commerce → selling own manufactured product and having a physical
presence
 Doing business through the internet. It’s how people buy and sell things online, without
needing to visit a physical shop.
 Think of when you order clothes from Daraz or food from Foodpanda. Instead of going to
a market, you use your phone or computer, select what you want, and it gets delivered to
your home.
