suitable forms of any change in status or discont of AIT program; submit completion
affidavit; maintain records for 5yrs; spend majority of work during normal hours
HFA or RCA cont ed requirements - ✔✔40hr during the previous 2yr licensing period:
continued ed hours may not be carried over from one period to the next
Accredited college courses related to HFA practice are acceptable forms or cont ed -
✔✔1 semester hour equals 15hours; 1 quarter equals 10hrs; a max of 20hrs may be
obtained through college courses
Verification of attendance of cont ed courses - ✔✔Retain copies of certificates for 3yrs,
