Standard Price Correct Answer - The total price charge
without a turn-in (Old Part)
Net Price Correct Answer - The discounted price charge when
the exchange of the old part (turn-in) has been made
5G (One for One Exchange) Correct Answer - (Turn-in of old
DLR to S-1 Division to get new DLR either from storeroom issues
(on ship) or off- ship awaiting for new part at the time of PIER
stores.
5S (Remain in Place) Correct Answer - Old DLR must remain in
place of the system until new DLR arrives, once new DLR arrives
from PIER stores workcenter has 24HRS to turn-in the old DLR to S-
1 Division to complete the exchange.
5A (Surveys) Correct Answer - Lost, Damaged, and or Stolen of
a DLR or MAMS part
5D (Initial Issue) Correct Answer - First time issue item from
the navy supply system. To compliment a new system onboard.

BM ( Forwarded to next activity ) Correct Answer - When your
requisition has been passed off to an activity to fulfill the requisition
but turns out that the activity doesn't have that part on-hand then
navy supply system will transfer the requisition to another activity
that can fulfill the requisition.
BA (In-process of shipment) Correct Answer - Requisition is in
the process to be shipped to the warehouse (Y-109) for screening
and then will be delivered to the USS Monterey for PIER stores.
BD (Delayed) Correct Answer - Requisition has been delayed
due to repairs or because of part is being manufactured.
BS Correct Answer - No response to MOV (Material Obligation
Validation Report)
BQ (Cancellation request has been approved) Correct Answer -
S-1 will send an AC1 code (Cancellation Request) on behalf of the
workcenter to get approval from navy supply giving BQ status for
confirmation of cancellation.
BB (Back Ordered) Correct Answer - When the requisition is
sent off ship for order, it will go backorder mainly for the location of
the activity that has the material and how long it will take to process
and ship to USS Monterey.
BV (Requisition under contract) Correct Answer - Requisition
is under contract with the manufacturer because of limited amount
of the material available or material being manufactured.
