Integers are a bigger collection of numbers formed by whole numbers
and negative numbers.The set of integers is denoted by the alphabet Z.
Z={…, -6, -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 ,5 , 6,….}
Zero is also an integer which is neither negative nor positive.
Zero is greater than all negative integers and less than all positive
integers.
-1 is the largest negative integer.
1 is the smallest positive integer.
On a number line, integer on the right side is greater than the one on
its left.
On a number line, integer on the left side is smaller than the one on its
right.
