Hi yvannakarsten. I tried to contact you and find out the reason for your dissatisfaction. However, I was not able to reach you and it seems like also here you do not answer. It would be great if at some point you could take the time to answer this, as I am really confused why you rated this so poorly even though I received a 10 at NHL Stenden.
