stakeholders in Zone A & D of our project scope?
Decision Statement
- Initiate open communication with the local politicians to increase goodwill towards the project
- Increase communication budget to allocate sufficient resources to engaging the local community
effectively – especially by taking advantage of new digital channels.
- Adjust organization culture to encourage staff to immerse themselves in local cultures to enhance
local understanding.
