Priority Mail International - ANSWER-Average 6-10 business days delivery with
tracking to major destinations. Domestic Priority Mail Flat-Rate packaging can be
used for international shipping. Weight maximum of 4 pounds for Flat-Rate Envelope
and small Flat-Rate Box. Tracking for everything except Envelope. Other Flat-Rate
boxes have 20 pound maximum weight limit
Priority Mail Express International - ANSWER-Maximum weight limit for any Priority
Mail Express International shipment is 70 pounds. Shipments are insured against
loss up to $100 at no additional charge. Coins, jewelry, etc is prohibited in Priority
Mail Express.
Global Express Guranteed - ANSWER-Delivery in 1 to 3 business days, maximum
weight is 70 pounds, some countries have lower weight restrictions, which vary
between 22 to 70 lbs. Dimensions must not exceed 46" in length, 35" in height, or a
combined length and girth of 108"
Priority Mail Flat-Rate Shipping - ANSWER-Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelopes and
Boxes allow customers to packages for one price regardless of the weight or
domestic destination. If it fits, it ships! Any amount of material, up to 70 lbs may be
mailed.

Caller Service - ANSWER-A premium service for people and companies that need
more pickup times than Firm Holdout and/or have more mail than the largest box in
your office will hold daily.
Firm Holdout - ANSWER-Services allows a customer to obtain street-addressed mail
from the Post Office when the customer normally receives 50 letters or more on the
first delivery trip, or when the customer is a news agent or publisher's representative
and receives publications that qualify for newspaper treatment
Package Intercept - ANSWER-Enables customers to redirect delivery of mailpieces.

Passport Applications - ANSWER-Only in designated post offices are passport
applications accepted.
, Change of Address (COA) - ANSWER-Records are kept for these orders 18-months
from the end of the month when the change takes effect.
Premium Forwarding Service - ANSWER-Provides residential delivery customers
and certain Post Office Box customers an option to have all mail addressed to their
primary address reshipped or rerouted to a temporary address by means of a weekly
Priority Mail shipment for a fee.
USPS Tracking - ANSWER-Is automatically included for Priority Mail Express,
Priority Mail, and Standard Post mailings. May be purchased with FCM, Library Mail
and Media Mail parcels. Can be combined with Registered Mail, Domestic Insured
Mail, COD, Return Receipt for Merchandise, and Special Handling
Signature Confirmation - ANSWER-Provides customers with an added level of
security by requiring a signature from the person who accepts the package. Can be
used with FCM, Priority Mail, Standard Post, and Parcel Select. Can be combined
with Registered, Insured, COD, and Special Handling Mail.
Insured Mail - ANSWER-Provides indemnity coverage for merchandise sent through
the mail if the item is damaged, or lost while in the possession of the Postal Service.
If insured over $200 then signature of receipt is obtained from recipient.
Certified Mail - ANSWER-Provides customers with proof of mailing and the date and
the time the item was delivered or delivery was attempted. May be combined with
domestic FCM and Priority Mail. They may add Restricted Delivery Service and
Return Receipt.
Registered Mail - ANSWER-The most secure service that the Postal Service offers.
It utilizes a systems of receipts to monitor the movement of Registered Mail from the
point of acceptance to the point of delivery.
Collect on Delivery (COD) - ANSWER-Used to mail merchandise for which the
mailer has not been paid and have the price of the merchandise and the cost of
postage and handling collected from the recipient by the Postal Service at the time of
delivery. May be used with Priority Mail Express, FCM, Priority Mail, Standard Post
and Packages Services.
Return Receipt - ANSWER-Provides customers with evidence of delivery including
the date and the recipient's signature. Commonly purchased with Certified, FCM, or
Priority Mail.
Return Receipt for Merchandise - ANSWER-Available for Priority Mail, Standard Mail
(Machinable and irregular parcels), Standard Post or Packages Service. Provides
the mailer with a mailing receipt and a return receipt. Does not include insurance.
Balloon Price - ANSWER-Applies to: Priority Mail packages addressed for delivery in
local area and Zones 1-4 only. Standard Parcels are applied this price as well.
Parcels that weigh less than 20 pounds but measure more than 84" but no more than
108" in combined length and girth are charged for a 20-pound parcel.
