If person is unable to talk, try Heimlich maneuver

2- Put my feet between his feet

3-Between the lower border of the rib cage and belly button

4-Form a fist with one hand and Hold the fist with other hand

5-Give 5 inward and upward thrust

6-Repeat till the object is ejected
