Before procedure :

• introduce yourself & verify the clients identity قدم نفسك وتحقق من هوية العمالء
• Explain the procedure to the mother. .• اشرح اإلجراء لألم
• Wash your hand
• أغسل يدك
• توفير الخصوصية
• Provide privacy .ضع األم في وضع مريح
• Put mother in comfortable position

• Prepare all equipment : Pen torch Tongue depressor Thermometer
