• Firstly the patients- their emotional states during illness
• Patient’s religion culture, upbringing, family conditions affect his health
conditions and recovery
• For eg:- emotions like anger, depression is more for terminally ill patients
and HIV patients
• Patients with chronic illness may suffer from confusion, worry and
anxiety.
