Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily activities for maize cultivation (e.g., planting,
irrigation, harvesting) and poultry production (e.g., feeding, health monitoring, egg
collection).
• Team Management: Supervise a team of 10–15 farmworkers, assign tasks, monitor
performance, and provide training on modern farming techniques.
