ILW1501 Introduction to Law
Law - answer a set of rules / norms that governs the human behavior, should be obeyed
by all of society and is binding, is enforced by state / state organs and when you do
something wrong you may be prosecuted and punished or be ordered to compensate
the injured party.
Private Law (Civil Law) - answer deals with a relationship between two individuals.

has been achieved.

- explicit rules on how people must be treated in specific cases
- rules applied generally to all people in the same circumstances.
