Pharmacist responsibilities
A Pharmacist and pharmacy are responsible for the actions of Interns, Certified Oregon
Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Technicians.
(3) Only a Pharmacist may practice pharmacy as defined in ORS 689.005, to include the
