Learning
Human Learning:
Human learning refers to the process by which individuals acquire knowledge,
skills and understanding through their experiences, observations and
interactions with the world around them. It is how the people learn new things,
develop abilities and adapt to their environment.
Observation Learning Skill
Human learning can be broken down into several key components:
Acquisition of knowledge: Humans learn acquiring information and
knowledge from various sources such as books, teachers, internet or
personal experiences. This can involve reading, listening, watching or
participating in activities that provide new information.
Processing and understanding: Once humans receive new information,
they engage in mental processes to make sense of it. They analyze, interpret
and organize the information in their minds, connecting it to their existing
knowledge and experiences.
Practice and repetition: To strengthen what you have learned, humans
often engage in practice and repetition. By repeating in an activity or
reviewing information multiple times, they reinforce the connections in their
brain, which helps to solidify the knowledge or skill.
Feedback and correction: Feedback plays a crucial role in human learning.
People learn from receiving feedback on their performance, whether it’s
from a teacher, a mentor or through self-assessment. Feedback helps
individuals what they are doing well and identify areas that need
improvement.
