1. In this study what was the primary objectives of the Marketing Research
Team
The primary objectives of the marketing research team were twofold:
1. To gain insight into customer loyalty: To understand the customer's preferences and
analyzing the variables which make the customers loyal towards the restaurant.
2. To determine the business's positioning strategy: Market competition has increased,
putting the restaurant at a disadvantage. As a result, the marketing research team will
collect data and use marketing tools to assist Yadav in determining the best positioning
plan for the highway restaurant in order to compete and get a competitive advantage. Yadav
was unsure about how to position his eatery in order to garner loyalty. As a result, Yadav
decided to undertake a study to analyze the client profile with the help of a market research
team.
2. How can marketing researchers gain insight into the value propositions and
insights that can lead to high customer loyalty
One of the most effective ways to obtain insight into your client base, rivals, and the entire market is to
conduct market research. The purpose of market research is to provide your firm with the data it requires
to make informed decisions.
It's especially crucial for small firms seeking to figure out whether a new business idea is viable, expanding
into new markets, or introducing a new product or service.
Competition
Businesses can acquire insight into rival behavior by doing research. You can learn how to position your
product or offering by studying the strengths and shortcomings of your competitors. Small businesses must
