The patient is a female who stays she has had left, sided a domino pain developing over the last
six hours and with nausea. Patient states that it's somewhat call Aki in nature, but getting
worse. She states that she has history of constipation, diarrhea, Mélena,hematochezia. No
vomiting, no pleuritic nature of the pain or pulmonary symptoms. Patient states nothing seems
to make the pain worse or better, certainly not positional. States that she is concerned because
she has had a prior Whipple procedure for pancreatic cancer that was felt not to have spread,
about 11 years ago. Patient states she has had an upper endoscopy just a few months ago that
was right out as normal, although she had a history of a stricture in her esophagus/gastric area.
It was all improved by the time the endoscopy was performed, she states. She denies any
