Definition , Types , Nature and Importance at international level .
It is designed to help students, researchers, and enthusiasts gain a clear
understanding of the fundamental freedoms and protections recognized
worldwide.
INTRODUCTION
Human Rights are Basic Rights and Freedoms that every individual
possesses by virtue of being Human . It is not given by the Government
or any Organisation .These Rights naturally exist. Every Human has
Human Rights from their Birth .These are Universal Rights . Inherent to
us all regardless of nationality, sex, race , religion, language or any other
status. We have Human Rights without any discrimination. There are list
of Example of Human Rights Under Universal Declaration Of Human
Rights (UDHR, 1948) these are :

NATURE / CHARACTERISTICS
Here are the Characteristics of Human Rights which are also the Nature
of Human Rights .
● Universal : Human rights are Universal Inherent to all Human
Being without any Discrimination of Nationality, Race Sex ,
Religion, Language or any other status.
● Non- Transferable : Human Rights are Non-Transferable in nature .
These rights stay with every person from birth till death . They
cannot be taken away or given up .
➔No one has the legal right to take them away .
➔A person also cannot give them up .
● Moral Rights : Human Rights Similar to Moral Rights. People
understand them through their conscience.
