Interscapular back pain. Classically is a sharp, tearing, severe pain. Whatsideeffect is expected with too rapid an infusion of procainamide? Hypotension. Other side effects include: myocardial depression, QRS/QT prolongation, V-fib, and torsade de pointes. Whataretheadverse drug effects of lidocaine?
