link between the different organizational level such as the team members, direct supervisors,
management, etc. I serve as performance model in strategy execution. To contribute to
strategy execution, I would do the following be convinced and convince others- I should
understand the importance of strategy execution and convince others to be committed. Though
it is easier to create new strategies, it is pertinent to execute in full the existing strategies. I
