What Is Management?
Management is the process of achieving goals by working through and with people efficiently
and effectively. It helps coordinate human, financial, and physical resources to meet
organizational objectives.

Management involves four key functions:

○ Example: A manager inspiring the sales team to reach targets.
4. Controlling

○ Example: Reducing expenses after reviewing budget reports.
