Article 49 of the Functioning of the CC
1. The President of the Republic, Prime Minister, not less than one-fifth of members of the
Assembly, and the Ombudsman - to check the conformity of the law or other normative acts
with the Constitution or international agreements
2. The President of the Republic and
3. not less than one fifth of the members of the Assembly - only the observance of the
procedure provided for by the Constitution under Article 131 paragraph 2, and Article 177
of the Constitution
(i.e. If revision of the Constitution, not during extraordinary measures, 2/3 of all members of
the Assembly)
