As both are the production of a new product, there is a crucial difference between invention and innovation. The invention is all about creating something such as the creation of a new product or device, something untried on a product before, a complete novel idea, concept, or design. Invention occurs when there is adequate new features or technical improvement to the product (Principles of marketing, 2010). Legally, the invention is considered an intellectual property that involves the unique idea that prevents competitors to market the product as their own. Therefore, the invention is the idea of creating something completely new that did not exist before and that idea should be proved workable
