The performance management system is the systematic way to measure the performance of the team, the organization uses this process to align their objectives, values, and vision with the available resources and guidelines. The organization sets the priorities based on the results, then portrays and conveys the employee tasks and goals, as well as sets their needs. Performance management disposes of the need for employee appraisals, reviews, and evaluations. Organizations are able to develop effective performance management systems characteristics as following; developing clear job descriptions, recruit the most qualified potential employees, provide ongoing education and training as needed…etc (Heathfield, 2020).
