◼ Motivation comes from the word “motive” which
means “Drive” towards some goals.”
◼ Motivation is the process of creating a drive within
people which causes them to achieve a certain goal.
◼ Motivation is defined simply as what causes people to
behave as they do.
◼ All organizations need motivated employees and
motivation is also critical to our own personal success
◼ In a very real sense, the quality of our neighborhoods,
