and Social Sciences for a programme leading to Bachelor of Education (Arts) which commences on 2nd September, 2024
at the Main Campus, Lodwar.
This offer is made on the basis of the statement of your qualifications as presented by the Kenya National Examination
Council. To verify the authenticity of these qualifications, you are required to present the following documents to the Office
of the Registrar, Academic Affairs (Admissions Section) at the Main Campus on the opening date:
• Original and copy of this letter of admission.
• Original and copies of your academic certificates
• Original National ID (or Birth Certificate) and photocopy.
• Original Passport and Student’s Pass and copies (for foreign students).
Enclosed please find the Admission Requirements Student Handbook. Forms TUC/2 and TUC/3 in the booklet should be
completed and submitted together with your original certificates during verification.
Regulations Governing the Conduct and Discipline of students at the University, Document B, must be thoroughly read,
comprehended and kept for future reference.
Please note: Following your placement in this institution, you are eligible to apply for a Government scholarship, loan and
bursary to assist you with your educational expenses. If you require Government financial support, you MUST make an
application for consideration through the official scholarship and loan application portal www.hef.co.ke . Should the
government scholarship, loan and bursary not be sufficient to cover the entire cost of your programme, the remaining fee
balance will be the responsibility of your parent/guardian
To pay fees, please log into the E-CITIZEN platform by dialing *222# on your mobile phone and follow the prompts. Use
TURAPP as your Service Code and your Admission Number as the reference number.
Accommodation fees shall be paid after successfully booking for a room on first come first served basis.
