Learning as a Process
Learning is a continuous and dynamic process through which an individual acquires knowledge,
skills, attitudes, and values. It is not limited to classroom instruction but happens through
experience, observation, interaction, and practice.
Characteristics of Learning as a Process:
1. Continuous: Learning happens throughout life.
2. Goal-Oriented: It is done with a purpose to improve, grow, or achieve.
3. Based on Experience: Past experiences influence new learning.
4. Active Process: The learner must participate actively.
5. Developmental: Learning helps in personal and intellectual development.
