GigaTech Inc. is a General Engineering Company specialized in supplying electric
contracting services with a robust reputation for delivering time-based, reliable, and quality
services at reasonably competitive costs. The Company is dedicated to quality and service
delivery, especially handling and controlling fast-tracked projects. The Company is highly
trained and experienced in every aspect of electrical constructions. Our Company consists of
decade-old engineering techniques improved with broad knowledge and expertise of the
Philippine construction market, thus serving extensive engineering, procurement, constructions,
and construction management (EPC/CM) companies. We have partnered with various
construction management companies such as Makati Development Corporation, Ayala Land
Inc., DDT Konstract, TOENEC Philippines, Whiteport Inc., Nuvoland, Megawide Constructions
Corporation, and Primary Structure Corporation. Therefore, the Company has developed
sufficient professional expertise and skills in the engineering field.
Financial Performance Analysis
The financial performance analysis incorporates six Company's trends measures which
include 1) total revenue, 2) the annual earnings per share (EPS), 3) the annual return on equity
investment (ROE), 4) the annual credit rating, 5) the year-end stock price and 6) the annual
image rating.
1. Trends in Total Revenue
The companies began at a total net revenue of around $334,128. However, unlike other
companies, our primary purpose was to invest in the Company rather than increase the net
