lead, and through Enterprise, I have learned many techniques to fine tune my
leadership skills and apply it to the business. I am able to handle tough situations, I can
find the positive in a negative, and I'm passionate about employee satisfaction as well
as customer satisfaction. I'm money motivated, but I am also motivated by others'
success, and I would love to develop others in their careers

Tell me about a mentor you have, and how this person has helped prepare you for
management. - answerA mentor of mine is Ashley Rubey. She was my first branch
manager and I can say she taught me a majority of everything I know with Enterprise,
the rest of it has been fine tuning and reiterating. She exhibits support for her team that
has been unmatched, so she goes above and beyond to ensure we are being
developed. Even after we were no longer at the same branch, she continued to be a
source of encouragement for me and an outlet if I ever have a question or tough
situation I need guidance in. She has taught me managerial skills that I can use in my
own career.
