WHAT FLEET EXPECTS FROM RENTAL AND WAYS RENTAL CAN HELP IMPROVE
INVENTORY ADJUSTMENT/FLIP - answer1. FOLLOW DELETE PROCEDURES, 2.
PERFORM REGULAR MAINTENANCE on all vehicles, repairs units when damaged,
clean units properly between each rental, record accurate mileage for every unit
everytime, select 4x2/rear wheel drive units for one way rental out of group
proper delete procedures - answerrun a daily report to identify active dletes, tag
contracts for all deletes and proactively switch out customers as needed, the
expectation for getting deletes back on your lot is 3 business days, prep-clean units
must be rr before listing then delete ready, make sure deletes do not get moved or used
delete ready - answera unit must be properly prepped before it is listed as delete ready.
if the unit is pulled off of the branch books before it is prepped then it can be forgotten
and admin drivers arrive to pick it up and its not ready
