,Voorwoord

Hierbij presenteer ik het adviesrapport dat is opgesteld in opdracht van de opleiding
Huidtherapie aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. Dit rapport is ontwikkeld gedurende mijn
stageperiode van 02-09-24 t/m 10-01-25 bij het Wond Expertise Netwerk (WEN) binnen
Santé Partners.
Bij de ontwikkeling van dit adviesrapport is gebruik gemaakt van de principes van Design
Thinking.
Graag wil ik mijn stagebegeleider … en mijn begeleidend docent … bedanken voor de
ondersteuning en begeleiding gedurende deze stageperiode. Ook wil ik de collega’s van het
