1. Employees assigned to the Communications and Dispatch
Division shall be sworn fire
fighters: Termination forms must be signed by the Union secretary
or treasurer and may be submitted during first five days of January

2. Labor Management Committee meeting shall not normally

President: UBP hours count for PERA and are covered by
workers comp
10. A daily account of UBP hours used shall be submitted to
the Deputy Chief of Human Resources: UBP audit by city on
June 1 of each year given to the Union Treasurer. Unused UBP
hours shall roll-over and be added to the
subsequent yearly allocation.

wall: Space provided by city for union bulletin board
