1. Identify walking-wounded
2. Approach non-green patients
3. If the patient is not breathing, open the airway using a simple maneuver. If the
patient still does not breathe, label as expectant.
4. If the patient breaths after opening the airway, label red
5. If the patient is already breathing, check respiration rate. Label as red if >30 or <10
6. If the patient has normal respirations, check radial pulses. Label is red if pulses are
absent
, 7. Assess neurologic status and ask if they can follow simple commands. If they
cannot, label as red. If they can, label as yellow

Intervention → safety measures for ag workers, monitor for soil/water supplied,
proper washing or crops prior to ingestion
