Hostage to Khomeini
By
JAMES ANDREWS

Prologue
This is a brief summary of the book Hostage to Khomeini by Robert Dreyfuss which is a
must-read book for anyone who wants to learn geopolitics and the animosity between Iran
and Israel. The hidden forces which secretly play their games behind the scenes effect
changes in the world and enforce their own order in the political arena to achieve their ends
while using media to confuse and misdirect the public about the underlying causes of so-
called revolutions.

This is a very concise summary of the book. This is why I highly recommend you to read the
entire book which provides details about the whole conspiracy.

Overview and Core Thesis
"Hostage to Khomeini," published in 1980 and written from a perspective explicitly
commissioned by political figure Lyndon H. LaRouche, is not a conventional history book but
a political polemic that presents a grand conspiracy theory. Its central thesis is that the
Iranian Revolution and the subsequent Iran Hostage Crisis were not spontaneous events but
were meticulously engineered by a powerful, hidden network. This network, according to the
book, is primarily led by the British oligarchy, with the U.S. administration of President Jimmy
Carter and Israeli intelligence (Mossad) acting as key partners. Their alleged goal was to
overthrow the modernizing Shah of Iran, install the "insane" Ayatollah Khomeini as a puppet,
and plunge Iran into a "New Dark Age" to serve their geopolitical and economic interests.
