• 70 year Female patient who underwent Exploratory Laparotomy
months ago for intestinal obstruction presented with
Persistent discharge from Lower midline Wound
this was not responding to any medical therapy
, Physical Examination
There was pus drainage from an opening in the
midline wound 3 centimeters from the umbilicus.
Rest of the Abdomen was soft and non tender and
rest of the wound had healed.
