2. - Answer- Company has achieved 90% or greater overall diversion rate for the
most recent 12 months
3. - Answer- Project meets all waste and recycling laws and complies w/ all air, water
and land discharge permits
4. - Answer- Project has data documenting a base year and measurements since the
base year
5. - Answer- Project does not exceed a 10% contamination level for any materials
that leave the site
6. - Answer- Project submits 12 months of diversion data to GBCI annually
7. - Answer- Company submits a case study of zero waste initiatives
Certification levels - Answer- Certified: 31-37 credits; Silver: 38-45 credits; Gold: 46-
63 credits; Platinum: 64-81 credits.
