OpenStax College Success
Senior Contributing Author: Amy Baldwin, University of Central Arkansas

This test bank was specifically written for OpenStax College Success based on guidance and
discussions with faculty teaching the first year experience course and related college success
courses. This resource contains a blend of multiple-choice, fill-in, and short-answer/essay
questions. Each question contains guidance on the level of Bloom’s taxonomy and the
respective textbook section to which it applies. In some cases, particularly the essay questions,
questions may cover more than one section, but the test bank authors did their best to write
questions that could be predominantly associated with a single section. While the pattern and
approach is similar across the test bank files, the chapters vary in their mix and emphasis of
questions.
