STRYKER INTERVIEW EXAM
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Run me through your resume? - Correct Answers -My first job was working at bilo as a
bagger. As I bagger I learned communication skills talking to a multitude of customers.
Although I was a bagger, my work was diverse because I did duties outside the scope
of a bagger. Which leads to my next job as a warehouse worker for renfro. That was a
temporary assignment, a summer job and while I was there we did our part to help
combat the pandemic by making covid 19 masks. While I was there I was good team
player, I often floated from station to station while working there. Which leads to my next
experience working at regenesis the following summer. Regenesis is a non-profit
organization that targets undocumented people and people in poverty. That experience
was very knowledgeable. It was unique to see how layered a healthcare organization is
and how many moving pieces are required for a facility to be functional. It was also cool
to see how autonomous the nurses can act and how much the community relies on
these facilities. After that job I graduated college and I majored in biology where I
showed true perseverance by studying sometimes 7 times a week. This leads me to my
current job where I work at siemens as a waste treatment operator. Here I hone in on
my communication skills. Departments in the plant need us to run so we need to have a
good line of communication
Tell me about yourself? - Correct Answers -I am a recent college grad, I graduated with
my degree in biology.During undergrad I was a competitive hard worker, and I worked
on my communication and perseverance skills. Also my relationship building skills.
While I was there I was willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. I was studying 6-7
times a week and talking to professors almost every day. This effort is reflected in
strong letters of recommendation that I would be more than happy to send you. I am
very proactive. I am currently doing a medical sales career builder program where we
learn various things such as: sales cycles from tenured medical reps, how to build up
your linkedin and how to form key relationships with hiring managers and established
medical reps and Now i'm looking to use my biology background to pivot to medical
sales where I see myself indefinitely
