For each Club, its proportional share of the Total Rookie
Compensation Pool, calculated based upon the number,
Total Rookie Allocation
round and position of the Club's selection choices in
the Draft, plus the Undrafted Rookie. The sum of the
Total Rookie Allocations for all Clubs shall equal the
Total Rookie Compensation Pool.
For each Club, its proportional share of the Year-One
Rookie Compensation Pool, calculated based upon
Year-One Rookie Allocation the number, round and position of the Club's
selection choices in the Draft plus one-third of the
Undrafted Rookie Reservation. The sum of the Year-
One Rookie Allocations for all Clubs shall equal the
Year-One Rookie
Compensation Pool.
For the 2021 League Year, a maximum of $160,000 per Club may
be paid to
Undrafted Rookie Reservation Undrafted Rookies as signing bonus or amounts treated as

Compensation Pool.

Standard
Representation Agreement ("SRA") caused confusion
Designated Payee among players as to whom payment for services must
be made. As such, the Board resolved that the SRA
designate only one "payee" to whom the player shall
submit payment. (See Section 5 of the SRA.) Any fees
owed to additional contract advisors under that SRA
will be
handled by the Designated Payee.
The default fee for contract advisor's services is 1.5% of
