- See that you will need to recall information; you want to be able to recall information
that the patient is describing

- Everyone processes differently
- Will need to collect new information
Identify problems/ issues (4) - answer- Want to be able to observe facts
- It will be very fact based
Establish (5) - answer- You want to find the goal
- Goals can be SMART, short, or long term goals
Take action (6) - answer- Creating ideas to implement a change
- Identify what you think has happened and then create a plan to implement change
