A PT who is employed with an athletic team may provide PT to any of the
following even when in another state -correct-answer-players, members of the
athletic team's coaching staff, communication, equipment and sports med staff,
band or cheerleader, and the teams mascot. THis is ok if the PT is not provided in
a healthcare facility, and that they do not provide PT for more than 60 days in a
calendar year.

administrative hearing, including the cost of the court reporter, the hearing officer,

Ethical Conduct: conforming to the minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing
PT practice. May be considered unethical regardless of whether or not actual
