1. Tell me about a time you felt uncomfortable or unprepared in your job. -

marketing and communications major. Going into the position, I was felt
uncomfortable or unprepared because the position didn't perfectly match my
academic background so I was concerned I would be a great contributor to the
team. I quickly learned that it is good to be uncomfortable or ok to be unprepared
because that is what mentors are for and it forced me to ask questions and utilize
all of my resources to better understand the position

kindest things my boss has ever said to me is that my passion is noticeable. The
compliment made me feel warm, proud, and happy because it showed me that
others can notice my effort and hard work and how much I truly care about my
work or my interests. Another compliment is that I am coachable and a great team
player.
1. Do you consider yourself a quick thinker? Tell me about a time your quick
thinking saved the day. -correct-answer-I would consider myself a quick thinker
and a great problem solver because I can gather information quickly and
effectively brainstorm solutions. An example of my quick thinking was during my
past internship. My employer was overwhelmed with her workload and was
concerned she was going to make a deadline for a blog post in the newsletter
coming out later that day. I had to quickly use my creativity and gather
information for the post to be released within a couple of hours.
