Assessment Criteria
Assignments will be marked out of 30 in accordance with the assessment criteria
explained in the Assessment Rubric available on the LLB1180/ LLB 180 Moodle site.
Format
• Your work must be typed on white A4 paper using Times New Roman font. The
body text must be size 12 font, whilst your footnotes should be size 10 font.
• Your margins must be 2.54cm on all sides.
• The body text of your assignment must be double-spaced. Footnotes may be
single-spaced.
• You must reference your work in accordance with the Australian Guide to Legal
Citation. This includes footnoting all sources that you refer to or rely on. You
must attach a bibliography of cited works on a separate page at the end of your
assignment. The bibliography is not included in the word count.
• You must upload your assignment as a Microsoft Word file only.
