explain why your selected strategy and technique appeal to you. Include
supporting evidence.
There are many issues in my life that have caused me a lot of traumas. I am the type of person
that likes to keep everything to myself & not discuss it. Writing everything down has become
very therapeutic for me. It helps me stay relaxed and not feel as stressed. The idea of unsent
letters journaling sound like it would be very beneficial. (Brian Luke Seaward,2012).
