Hunting back then was one of two ways of survival. Hunting based tribes where always on the
move because they followed the herds of animals to make sure that they were fed and clothed,
whereas agricultural-based tribes pretty much established themselves and staying in one place
farming their land. Hunting requires you to go out and look. I think that some tribes were okay
with the Europeans coming into their lands and some were not. The Europeans and the tribes
eventually ended up doing their own things, so everything between the tribes and the Europeans
was ok. I feel like in my opinion Southeast is a more sustained with the environment because
they did both hunt and gather and could grow the population faster.
