1. Tips for studying in advance !
*best done on a day off*
**for added benefit write out material once per cycle OR add test-friendly
body movement while studying**: Read the questions aloud then restate the
question as you continue to read the answer aloud

Do this ONCE for the ENTIRE STUDY MATERIAL
->
Take a break for 1-2 hours and read aloud HALF of the study material
->
Take a break for ~2 hours then read aloud the other half
->
After ONE DAY PASSES read aloud the material once more
->
Take a 3-4 hour break then read the ENTIRE STUDY MATERIAL aloud again
->
Read aloud the entire study material 1-2 times more that same day
->
Repeat this for approximately a month around 3-4 times (adding longer breaks
as the month progresses)
