Mr. Mitchel, the managing director of Charlie’s Windows, needs to arrange a business trip
for 30 delegates to Paris and Amsterdam. He has conferences on the 3 rd February 2020
(in Paris) and 7th February 2020 (in Amsterdam).
Due to the location of his business he would prefer to travel from London Heathrow, as
he would like access to the airport lounge for his delegates to prepare for the conference
in Paris. Therefore, he would like to travel business class from London to Paris. However,
he does not mind travelling economy from Paris to Amsterdam. He has requested to
travel by coach for long transfers but does not mind travelling by train if it is quicker.
Mr. Mitchel has requested accommodation near central Paris and within Centraal
Amsterdam. He would like 14 twin rooms, 1 standard room and one suite. Mr. Mitchel is a
Hilton Honours Member, so would like to gain more points. Mr. Mitchel would like to
ensure that his delegates have breakfast in the morning.
Whilst in Paris Mr. Mitchel would like his employees to participate in a team building
activity. He is unsure of which activity he would like to participate in, so he is open to
