progressive right knee pain for the past several months.
The pain is described as aching, intermittent, and worse
, with walking, climbing stairs, or prolonged standing. She
reports morning stiffness lasting less than 30 minutes and
occasional swelling of the joint. There is no history of
trauma, redness, or fever. She denies locking or giving
way of the knee. Over-the-counter acetaminophen
