During my second year at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, I have to write a report for the course
Intercultural Management Skills. This report is a manual about diversity and inclusion for the middle-
level managers of the ABN AMRO. During the lessons at school, our teacher explained a lot about
diversity, inclusion, leadership, human recourse, etc. to help us in order to write this report. I want to
thank my teacher Tatiana Alekseeva for all the explanations and also my group members, who I have
worked with for our pitch to the manager of ABN AMRO. We have collected a lot of information
together. However, this report is written all by myself.
