IT governance models are used in large corporations or companies that have been well-
known and establish the use of governance. When a new company appears such as Shades
Incorporation, it will have an opening stage of an environment of IT governance providing
benefits and practices. Every model will contribute to the company in different ways by having
IT governance models structuralize and line up with the business plans. Shades Inc. can create
quantifiable outcomes toward accomplishing their procedures and objectives. In paraphrase IT
will benefit the company to succeed, providing a competitive advantage, and digital
transformation will be provided. Including using the IT governance models which can be
